「The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Front desk service is worse than what can be imagined. Sometimes ask for the same thing 3 times regardless by phone or face to face and still being ignored after told they would do it soon, e.g.lack of body wash, no bath mat, etc.」
「The rooms were above and beyond expectations and the hotel is very beautiful and modern. Parking garage to hotel room is a bit confusing and keycard doesn’t work for pool but everything else is perfect!」
