"The heat was on full blast, no option to turn off or switch to air. Staff told us to open our sliding door but there was no screen. Room walls are super thin, the room next to us a room full of drunk girls returning from a concert, we could hear the crying, puking and falling all over the place while my daughters tried to sleep. Hotel was clean, but outside of the parking garage there was garbage and a pool of blood that we had to walk over as it was on the steps to the door. Will not stay again."

"Had a problem checking in - as they wanted to charge me for the room but I had already paid. It was figured out promptly and we got our keys. Clean room. Walls a tad bit thin - we could hear our neighbors snooring. Breakfast buffet was great! Lots of choices to eat from waffles to egg McMuffins and cereal. "

"Great stay. The property is immaculate, and the photos don't do it justice! Amjad was communicative, helpful, and kind. One thing to know: there are not currently shades/blinds on the windows in the living room/kitchen/entry area. Not a big deal, but if you like a bit of extra privacy, you should know this."

"The place was perfect for us. We went to Kitchener to visit our daughter and grandchildren which was the perfect location for us. The place was very clean and it had everything we needed. We weren’t there to go skiing so we can’t comment on that. Highly recommend this place for a family of 3"
