⏰ Our concierge desk is available daily from 7:00 AM–11:00 PM. For late arrivals after 11 PM, check-in will be handled by the garage staff. Please let us know before 8 PM on your arrival day.

Fobs cannot access amenity spaces outside designated hours.
Each unit is limited to one key/fob—no extras can be issued.
⚠️ Guest Policy
Maximum of 2 registered guests at any time; no additional visitors are permitted (day or night). This rule is strictly enforced by building management.
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Any guests under 21 must be accompanied by a guardian who is 21 or older. 👨‍👩‍👧

Good to Know:
⚠️ A background check (no SSN required) is required.
🚗 Free valet parking is included; however, the garage cannot accommodate pickup trucks or full-sized SUVs.
⚠️ Important: If you are arriving after 11 PM, only the garage staff can give you the keys (not the concierge). The primary guest listed on the booking must pick up the keys in person and show a valid ID. You must let us know before 8 PM on your check-in day if you will arrive after 11 PM. If we don’t know by then, you will not be able to check in that night and will need to wait until 7 AM the next morning. ⚠️

➤ Primary guest who made the booking must undergo background checks and submit required information prior to arrival. Secondary guest is required to submit a government ID. For same-day bookings, information submission is required within one hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel reservations that do not meet our verification criteria.

We appreciate your understanding and want to ensure that your experience in our smoke-free unit is as comfortable as possible.
