A lot of hair on the floors, especially the bathroom. The bathroom was not well cleaned. Staff was nice and helpful.

Very nice room, clean, great amenities, the midnight noodles were a surprising extra and so warm after a cold day out. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good with lots of options.

Clean room. Great staff! Appreciated the help from all the staff we dealt with, just by opening the door of the vehicles we’re in and out off is much appreciated! Superb service. I highly recommend this hotel. Great location as well.

InterContinental Chongqing Raffles City by IHG
The room was clean, but the river view was not as good as expected, as it was partially blocked by exposed steel structures from the building itself. The service was quite good, especially 小谢from the concierge team.
