「Room is perfectly clean. Staff are excellent. Can use WeChat to communicate with staff on any request. Very helpful. Overall fabulous experience.」

「The room, was gorgeous, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast not so good but they have multiple options to pick from」

「Loved the stay at this hotel, my room was very clean and the house keeper Furong did a great job cleaning after my stay each day there, would definitely stay here again in the future」

「Great location, but I would not recommend this hotel. The elevators are slow and one was broken. The room only has power while your keycard is in the slot, so everything shuts off when you leave. That was infuriating and exhausting. I'm a paying guest, and I didn't opt into saving a few cents of electricity. The room itself was filthy. The floors were exceptionally dirty and the sheets had a blood stain on them. Shower towels were left by the bathtub, so I kept forgetting them and had to walk...

「Friendly and helpful staff , room is clean, nice location close to everything you need but you just need to get ready to walk」

「Breakfast was delicious, good verity. Amazing room views!」

「Absolutely gorgeous and new hotel in Chongqing. Staff were incredible and attentive.」

「ok」

「The front desk staff did an amazing job, they helped us with anything we needed and even went out of their way to help us find the hospital when we needed to go for an emergency. Would stay again 100%!」
