The property way exceeded my expectations. The location, the view, the services, the communications, I will definitely book it again if I return to Chongqing in the future. I highly recommend the property to whoever likes to stay in a convenient and quiet neighborhood.

The room is extremely comfortable. The bed linen is cozy and hypoallergenic, and the property’s proximity to the metro station makes travel a breeze.

I really fell in love with Chongqing. The people here are incredibly warm and friendly, and winters here are mild—not cold at all. This means I can go out and explore without having to bundle up in heavy clothes.

The room was absolutely gorgeous. However, there were some facilities I didn’t know how to use, so I had to contact the staff. They explained everything to me very patiently, and I really appreciated this thoughtful service.

Let me put this review in words that you can understand. Someone’s grandma past away and they listed her 30 year old condo on Expedia. Let’s start with the good: The view = stunning view of the river and downtown And now for the BAD: Address - Wrong address listed in Expedia. If you copy and paste into DiDi you will get all wrong destination points. Out DiDi driver dropped us at Howard Johnson Roamy Plaza (5 km away). Neither Google or Apple Maps showed the right address link from Expedia. We tried contacting the property and finały they send us the right address link via WeChat. At this point we were searching & walking with our luggage in the +35C sun for 45min. Finally we found it by Metro Exit #4

First of all, I have to say the service was excellent. We don’t use WeChat very often, so we weren’t quite sure how to add someone as a friend. The staff spoke basic English and were able to tell us how to do it in English. When we were about to arrive, they even came to pick us up nearby. We felt quite flustered in an unfamiliar place, and this thoughtful gesture really put us at ease

WARNING: PLEASE READ I booked the “design suite” for my stay and it was NOTHING as advertised. My room was completely different and much more run-down and janky. There is also construction going on that is very loud. I had to cancel my stay because I was so disappointed could not keep staying there for my own sanity. The only redeeming factor was the view which was nice. The beds were also rock-hard and half of the lights didn’t work. Please be warned!
