"Excellent location. Within walking distance to most of the tourist areas. We received an upgrade of our 2 single rooms to a 2 room apartment with a sitting area. The apartment was very clean, it was one of the best Marriott bonvoy apartment we have visited. "

"The customer service in rgmmthis hotel is perfect. I found everyone working in this hotel genuinely helpful and friendly. Starting from checking in, karida was extremely helpful and she allowed us to check in early. Kari, faye, coco, bert zhu and everyone in guest services is extremely friendly, and professional. I enjoy talking with them. They helped me so much with my inline orders with wonderful support. The hotel is at a perfect location and very convenient to all sightseeing places. Breakfast serving time is very convenient. It is from 6:30 to 1：30. I strongly recommend this hotel"

"Hotel is perfect but no aircon which i think is bad. i do understand that some people do not need to have aircon during this cold period but for people like me is horrible experience. i have changed 3 rooms, luckily in the end they got me an only room with aircon. "

"Good sized room, clean, checkin and checkout efficient, not sure about the location as I didn't get chance to walk around much! Perhaps 15 minutes from the subway but didi is cheap enough. Used the place as a hotel rather an apartment so didn't need the kitchenette etc but it all looked decent."

"Please don’t fall for the picture Trap and price Like I did. Very confusing if 1st Traveler to China. Other cons: very Dirty smelled old a molded dusty room and reeked of cigarette smoke from the ventilation system and blows constantly with A/C. Horrible if Asthmatic for the (4hours I was there ) don’t do it don’t do it ! Much better quality and cleaner proper hotels only 5mins away via taxi !! "

"Had one night in Chungdu. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful to make sure we made the most of our short stay. We were upgraded and our request for a room on a lower floor was made possible. Shame we didn’t have more time to explore the hotel but a great location and super room. "
