"The staff and location were both great and we'd consider staying at this hotel again. I found the bed comfortable, the room spacious, and the hotel history interesting. For consideration, there are two elevators, but one seemed to not function well while we were there. On our check-out day, neither seemed to be functioning so we carried our bags down the stairs. You may want to request a lower floor, if that could be an issue for you. We also found the room warm. There was a fan, but we couldn't get it to work. Our solution was to open the windows when we'd get back to the hotel, cool the room down, and then close them before going to sleep as it was quite loud with the windows open. No issues with noise after closing them though."

"Cet hôtel est tout simplement merveilleux pour son emplacement et pour son ambiance feutrée et confortable. à notre arrivée nous avons été accueillis par Didi, l’aimable employée de la réception. Sa gentillesse fut remarquable à tout point de vue. La chambre est magnifiquement décorée, le lit était parfait. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, la belle musique et le confort du mobilier ajoutent à l’expérience de calme de cet hôtel. Le tramway 11 passe sur cette petite rue sans pour autant être un facteur sonore désagréable. Bien au contraire, il est facile d’y embarquer à seulement trois petits coins de rue. Le service est au petit soin pour sa clientèle. Nous avons eu léger problème avec le fer à repasser et en moins de 15 minutes, un employé de la réception est venu nous apporter un fer à repasser en parfait état et une planche à repasser plus longue que celle qui était dans notre chambre. Et tout ce service rehausser par de la gentillesse. À notre départ, Didi et Matti de la réception ce matin la, ont été d’une belle délicatesse et de gentillesse à notre égard. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation."

"Definition of excellence. We had two rooms for 5 nights. The staff are not only helpful but resourceful. Exactly what you would expect from Switzerland. Efficient. The shower pressure is a powerhouse. I have never met a more powerful shower. Must order the burger, but the star's the Fries that come with it. Everything at this place just works. Air condition is excellent."

"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."
