"when we come to room and find out one comforter cover had a lot of hairs. After they changed that one, we found some stain on other cover. they have to change again. We called front dask for ice, they told us we have to change with the bar and bartender told us we have to paid for the ice. I have stayed so many hotels and never hear that we have to pay for the ice. We check with front dask again they don't have anything to said. that is mean we have to pay. "

"It’s an ok place. The 3 bedroom looked more like dorms than the upscale pictures. We ordered 4 drinks total from there and one was straight alcohol and we put it in freezer and it froze solid. They would not refund, even though they took the ‘frozen drink’, nor doc they replace it. Terrible customer service. The other drinks had one shot between them and the staff did not want customers watching them."
