「It was a very memorable stay for our family here. The view was exceptional. The best part about our stay is having Frankie coordinate everything for us from pick up at train station, dinning, tickets to Zhangjaijei National park to the ins and outs of the area. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were very accommodating. I would love to stay here again next time I visit. 」

「This is seriously one of the best places I have ever visited. The staff were absolutely incredible -- they helped plan out my itinerary, arranged all the tickets, provided transportation. They didn't get into any games if up selling stuff. Everything was just honest support. The rooms and views were spectacular. Super clean. I rarely give reviews but the staff here are deserving of recognition. Absolutely one of the best places I've stayed.」

「It's so clean because it's new, the garden is pretty, and the staff is so kind. It's a little quiet, so it's not crowded and it's good to go out nearby by bicycle or Didi. Breakfast is delicious and laundry service is free, so I used it well. I want to use it again on my next visit to Hangzhou! However, it was a little disappointing that there were no English-speaking employees because it was a place where many locals went. If that was solved, it would be perfect.」

「It was a pleasure. Breakfast was nice.. other than getting lost from taxi cabs. Make sure your cat knows where he’s going. We were dropped off twice and the cat dropped us off at a different location. Luckily the building is tall and lit it up. We were able to walk and find it. If you’re looking for something close to Disney, this is it but if you’re looking for a luxury expensive hotel, this is not it. It was something good for something short period. People are super nice. 」

「El hotel es pequeño sin embargo está muy bien equipado, los detalles que tiene le dan el plus y hacen la diferencia, el desayuno se encuentra incluido (los platillos están seleccionados y de buen gusto) cuenta con cafetería y productos muy ricos!! Muy cerca de Disney, relativo costo beneficio vale mucho la pena 」

「Très belle surprise! La chambre était très spacieuse,confortable et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Établissement très propre, le service de chambre est parfait. j’ai même eu le droit à un plateau de bienvenue avec des fruits. Le buffet pour le déjeuner est très bon et très varié, il y a beaucoup de choix. Le check.in s’est fait parfaitement et très rapidement. Merci. 🙏❤️」
