"Everything was clean and nice. I just wish there was an elevator. I was also a bit upset that I only had decaf coffee in my room. That is my only issue. Overall, it was a good stay."

"The stay was great. The only problem we had was the booking. I booked a king bed suite. When I arrived I was told my room was sold and they moved me to a 2 queen bed room. It was just my wife and I. No compensation for the inconvenience nothing. Just "sorry about your luck". I don't appreciate that. When I reserve a car and they don't have the one I reserved I get and up grade or a reduced rate. Saying tough luck is not customer service"

"Although the room was clean as usual, I was slightly perturbed being out in a room next door to a kids birthday sleepover. They were really loud and I typically come here to get peace. This time I didn’t get any but I didn’t want to be a part pooper. There was also this odor on the 2nd floor that I couldn’t quite figure out what it was but it wasn’t pleasant. Hopefully, I’ll get my quiet time the next time I visit. I’m there at least once a month."

"Unfortunately cleanliness is a big thing for us. When you have littles that can reach all the low areas and pulling old trash from behind the tables of bed isn’t cool. It was great to stay for a night when you’re passing through, don’t recommend a long term stay. "

"There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I can say good about this place. They have let it run down. Water stains in the ceiling tiles. Staff not friendly at all. Can barely understand them because they don’t speak English. They have zero amenities. Parking is limited and not good if you are hauling anything. Television gets 1 station only. "

When I encountered a minor issue with the power, they were on it immediately and arrived within three minutes to resolve it. Their attentiveness to guests was evident and greatly appreciated.The property itself is a haven of activities both inside and outside. The pool area is just perfect for relaxation, providing a serene escape to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. With ample space, this home is truly ideal for families or even multiple families to share.I highly recommend this beautiful home for anyone looking for a perfect retreat. "If you’re an angler, this place if for you! I wish I could leave more stars for this review. The host were MOST welcoming and helpful. The property was beyond what I expected and this home is an absolute relaxing dream. Robert and April left us a fresh bowl of fruit which I thought was the best! This place is extremely clean and had every possible thing you will need. My husband and I came to fish Chickamauga for our anniversary and this place is a perfect location for just this. It’s located jist minutes from Chest Frost. The host even accommodated us with an extension cord so we could charge our batteries on the bass boat. I can safely say I’ve never felt more at home, away from home. Robert and April, thank you all so much for a wonderful stay! We will see you every time we visit here!"
