「Great villa and property that was fantastic for our group of 12, including 6 children between ages 5 and 11. So much for them to do with the open spaces, various games, pool, etc. I’ve stayed in Italy with my family three times now and I think this was the best villa and location for driving to many of the great Tuscan cities.」

「We had the most amazing time at Il Poggio! The property is well maintained, Roberta and Marina were incredible, and the location could not be beat. We took day trips (by car) to Siena, Arezzo, Florence, Orvieto, and Montalcino, all of which were easily and quickly accessible. Each of our five guests (two couples, one single!) had their own floor and bathroom. We cooked in the well-stocked kitchen, drank wine while watching the sunrise on the patio, and were transported to the past walking...

「Spectacular setting. Warm staff. Excellent quality breakfast. Good and relaxing spa facilities. Slightly out of the way. Would be better if the spa facilities ( warm pool, steam room, etc) be kept open till 8 pm and drinking water be made freely available. Lovely stay overall. 」
