"Clean room, friendly staff"

"Rooms were a little tired, grubby looking. Needed a deep clean. I have stayed at this hotel many times over multiple years. Every time I checkin I have to provide my address, email, phone number, etc. all over again. I cant understand why Im treated like its my first time staying, instead of a "welcome back" type of approach that other hotels have. "

"Very poor, overall. We had no housekeeping at all for the three nights/four days when we were there (despite leaving the light on asking for room to be cleaned) - at the end of the third night when I called reception to request new towels cups, glasses and water - someone left a bag into the room, and didn’t clear any of the old towels and cups away. Grubby. Breakfast was chaotic. Lovely staff, but inexperienced and lacking a guiding hand and management. The heavy metal side panel of the bath in our bathroom was hanging off and almost fell on my foot. In fairness, that was repaired pretty much straight away when I reported it. The hotel is in a great location but it’s getting the most basic things wrong……very expensive for what ot turned out to be."

"We were told we could have a nice upgrade for $200 with a nice view. Our room had a view of the train and nothing else. It was very disappointing and we felt swindled. I would not stay at your hotel again. The staff were not overly pleasant either. "

"Friendly and helpful, cheery team members. Breakfast was a standard affair, seen better. Hotel was clean and comfortable, just the shower was a challenge. Location for battersea park and power station is excellent. Would recommend."

"For the area this offers good value for money. The property is a bit tired but clean and staff are very friendly and efficient. The bar/sitting room is nice. Breakfast is ok, skating on the minimum acceptable for the area. The room has a bath doubling as a jacuzzi . There are no other amenities. You can pay extra to visit the next door pool which is 15 m and has a small weight area and hit tub. The changing rooms have a steam and sauna. But as I said you pay extra "
