"Lovely hotel in the heart of Chelsea. Room even though the most basic, was to a high standard and was nicely decorated & maintained. Staff were friendly and professional Food for breakfast was good, and we had lunch in the hotel too. This was really nice - we sat in the mini garden which was like an oasis - food (salad) was good and reasonably priced. Value for money was excellent, especially given it was flower show week, hopefully we’ll be back same time next year."

"We spent three very happy weeks here. Everything is brand new, stylish and very clean. Staff are wonderful and the location cannot be beaten. The only downsides were that our apartment did not have an outlook (just modern buildings across the quiet road) and it’s very expensive, but we would stay again if we found a good rate. "

"The July was a stellar refuge during a recent business trip to London. It was great to have access to a gym and an in room kitchen at the end of a long day. The room was beautifully decorated (loved the real plants!) and immaculately clean. Would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending it to all of my colleagues. "

"For my money best hotel in London. First, location. Right near Buckingham Palace. We walked to Piccadilly, the theaters, Kensington Palace, and the St. James area (Lovely Jermyn Street!!) With no problem. Victoria Station right around the corner. Second, the physical plant. Absolutely lovely in every way. Third, the staff. Simply the best, most helpful, charming staff I have encountered. Fourth, the food. The Michelin rated restaurant soars!! Don't hesitate. You will absolutely love it. "
