"The hotel offers much for a relatively compact area. The room was exceptionally well designed and certainly immaculate. We enjoyed the two meals that we had in the evening because of their convenience and quality. The host and server was exceptional. The garage is a little puzzling, but if you’re lucky, you can get a parking spot relatively close to an elevator. I will return there again , happily."

"The one person on staff did her best to assist, but it was clear she had no one else working with her. The room quality wasn't great - the jacuzzi tub was broken (the jets were either not working or spraying EVERYWHERE. We asked for extra blankets and no one ever brought any. The hot tub jets were also broken. I would give a 2/10, and the two points are because the only person on staff did her best."

"The kitchen setup and laundry setup was excellent. The bathroom vent fan did not operate. The 2 chair setup for television viewing was small and uncomfortable. As well as there was no setup for a cup of coffee while watching tv. The location of television and the limited wall cable length restricted the ability to position the tv screen to enable viewing from the bed. The bed mattress was very firm. The location of the hotel to the hospital is excellent."
