"The property was central enough for shopping and tourist activities. Walking distance from the metro station. We were placed in the old side of the hotel so wasn’t pleased about that."

"The location of the property is ideal, close to a metro station and it also is near to shops and some restaurants. What lets it down is staff, they weren’t very friendly but did speak English, which was very much appreciated. However, whenever you asked them for something there was always an excuse e.g. checking in early we were asked to pay more. I asked them where the bar was, they said they didn’t have one - even though there was a sign in the lift for it. The worst thing is I wasn’t advised ahead of time that the fitness centre was closed, I would’ve stayed somewhere else had I been forewarned."

"I wish to give a shout out to the very helpful staff Martin Zhu . I left my AirPods in a cab and Martin made all the arrangements needed to get back my AirPods through the DIdi app , including paying for the driver for me first . (He refused a tip when I offered to pay him an additional token ) he also helped me book a dinner which was difficult to book on the spot and kept me updated throughout on the booking ! Strongly recommend for the friendly staff !"

"This hotel is newer than I thought- very clean and very friendly staff. We couldn’t order taxi using the phone and the concierge staff including Harry was helpful. The luggage storage is straightforward and secure too. Didn’t have time to try the food this time. We look forward to staying there when we visit Beijing in the future. "
