Enjoy the best of the Laurel Highlands at the Seven Springs Resort in our stunning mountain top condo. You will be right on the slopes for skiing in/out during the winter, or primed for scenic hiking or biking in the summer. Soak in the views from our covered balcony while grilling dinner or drinking your morning coffee. Lounge at the heated outdoor pool & hot tub, or stay active in the playground, tennis, pickleball & basketball courts only a 5 minute walk away.
The space:
Spacious and modern with brand new silent central AC/heating, well equipped and remodeled kitchen. An elegant gas fireplace is the focal point of the main living area. Enjoy the covered balcony with a gas grill for your use while you take in the stunning views across the mountain.
The master suite boasts a king bed with an ensuite that includes a large walk-in rain shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with a twin trundle and shared ensuite with full bath and shower. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with full size beds on top and bottom. Please note: due to weight restrictions, only one person can sleep on the top bed.
All bedrooms have large HDTVs with cable. The living room TV is also a Roku TV so guests can tap into their favorite streaming services. The condo has fast wifi for your social and business calls, or streaming media.
Included for guests use are brand new laundry appliances.
Guest access:
There are 8 condos in this building. Guests will have the entire condo to themselves. While there is a public entrance to the condo building, each unit is equipped with a private entrance.
There is ample free guest parking behind the condo garages for multiple vehicles. Please do not park in front of the condo garages as this is designated as a fire lane.
The condo is part of a Homeowner's Association so some amenities are shared with other community members such as the outdoor swimming pool and sports courts.
Guests may use the swimming pool and sports courts at their leisure and at no additional cost. The outdoor swimming pool is open seasonally (Memorial Day Weekend through the second weekend after Labor Day Weekend). During this time, the pool is open everyday, weather permitting. A pool pass is required and is provided at the condo.
Guests also have free access to the resort shuttle. During the winter season, the shuttle runs on a continuous route and stops at all of the designated bus stops in Swiss Mountain. The Winter hours of operation are as follows:
Fridays: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM
Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 2:00 AM
Sundays: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
During the Summer, the shuttle bus service operates on an "on-call" basis. Guests can call the resort's main phone number and ask the operator for the shuttle service.
Other things to note:
Pets are not permitted.
The gas fireplace is currently demonstrating mechanical issues. The fireplace does work and guests are permitted to use it. However, the fireplace may shut off after an extended period of time. The fireplace has been evaluated by professionals. Due to the age of the fireplace, all parts have been discontinued. We are working with professionals to determine our next steps which will require extensive coordination with neighboring condo owners. We hope to have this issue resolved in the near future.
