「You are asking about the staff? There was nobody there when we arrived. I could not find my reservation number because of poor phone connection! It took us 15 minutes to check in and other guests were struggling too! Not a good system and Expedia should let us know that there nobody at the Hotel when you arrive, that we needed our reservation number, not just our names and to be ready for a machine.」

「Our hosts were amazing. Anything we needed they provided, even dental floss. Very unique setting and perfect location to attend a wedding at the Chateau. Just a level 8 minute walk. We would definitely return to stay again.」

「Personnel très serviable à notre arrivée. Oubli d'une veste que nous n'avons pas pu récupérer le jour même, l'hôtel étant fermé de 11h à 16h ! L'hôtel n'accepte pas d'envoyer les objets oubliés contre remboursement. Espérons récupérer la veste lors d'un passage à Narbonne en juillet...」

「L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 mn de la Cité de Carcassonne et on l'aperçoit des fenêtres de l'hôtel. Nous avons très bien dormi car c'est calme. Les propriétaires de l'hôtel sont très agréables les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est très jolie. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.」

「Excellent appartement pour mon compagnon de vélo et moi. Nous étions très contents de tout. Je pourrais conseiller cette résidence sans hésitation surtout pour les cyclistes qui sont de passage sur le canal du midi.」

「We had a wonderful time at Katy and Olivier place. Short walk from the train station, very well located! The rooms are super nice, recently renovated and the shower is just out if this world!!! :) They were very kind with us, the breakfast was great and always nice to have some help to move around or to recommend places to eat from them. 「朝食メニューは、フルブレックファーストで完璧とは評価できないが、まあまかな。 朝食会場スタッフもフロントのスタッフも感じがよかった。 歴史を感じさせる部屋であるが清潔で、城壁も見え、ホテルの庭もきれいで手入れが行き届いていた。 何よりも私たちはバスタブがあって嬉しかった。　」

「The hotel is chasing, as in old charm. But beyond the charm, a reality come with it. It would need a lot of renovation, espacially with the bathroom. The shower in my room was a prefab shower module from the 80's. Completely run down, almost unusable, potentially dangerous as you could easily slide and fall in it. It may not be the case for all the rooms, but make sure to ask if the bathroom as been renovated! The staff was nice, and apolegatic about it. The owners need to do something about it....
