"The staff everywhere (hotel, casino and restaurant) were so friendly and accommodating. Grab and Go breakfast had fresh blueberry muffins, baked onsite!"

"The room was okay, but quite dated furniture and bathroom. The heated floor in the bathroom was nice. Hallway carpet needed to be vacuumed and cleaned. 24 hour security guard posted on each floor hallways and all over the hotel. Sauna was okay, no hot tub but a lovely pool (which was too cold to go into!) Check in staff member was not welcoming, check out staff member was much better. No complimentary breakfast. $15. plus tax cost for parking was in addition to the room charge. Hotel is in a good location, but didn't feel it was good value. Lots and lots of stairs!"
