「The condo was very clean. It was quiet and close to the clubhouse. It was convenient for us to travel to our daughter and her family. It also had nice parking. It was sparsely furnished, could use more to make it cozier and less echo. Had no hand towels or dish towels.We would rent again, hopefully next year!」

「Spent one night in Cedar Key as a stop over as we headed down to Florida. Condo was so cute, furnished very nice and had a lovely view. The outdoor lanai is so relaxing for sitting on the deck having coffee or drinks. Check in was so easy and close to the downtown area. The downtown waterfront area of Cedar Key is still recovering from hurricane in 2024 but it's coming back. I would definitely recommend the Egret condo B202 in Cedar key as a place to visit. 」

「Super friendly staff. The roof top sitting area is a hidden gem. Perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Great location. We walked to everything: beach, food, pier 60, boat tours and more. We only used the car when we went across the causeway. Loved supporting a small business / property. 」

「It was a quick visit to clean my father’s house who had moved. We stayed there last year the same time. We enjoyed the place so much, we decided to come back. Very convenient location, very accommodating. We wished Annie’s was open, but a few of the other restaurants were so it was fine. Thanks for a nice visit! 」

「Our stay was more business than pleasure. The accommodation was more than adequate. Everything kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and bedding was well stocked and very comfortable. Our stay went well couldn’t ask for anything better. Very nice would recommend if staying at Cedar Key. 」

「The dinning room table was sticky. I wiped it down but it did not help. The cable did not work on the big tv. The HDMI cord was enpluged for some reason. Plugged it back in and it worked fine. Cigarettes were not cleaned out of the ash try on the deck table. I don't smoke so it didn't really matter.」

「Would definitely recommend staying here! Great location by the marina and public park and beach. Wonderful mini patios, a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Very clean and quiet. The office staff were friendly and helpful, and very easy to communicate with when we called the office. We hope to stay here again!! 」

「This condo was in the perfect location for an easy walk to and from UF campus. Response from the property manager was excellent, timely, and offered assistance when needed. Nightly rate was phenomenal in comparison to other lodging around and I would book this condo again in a heartbeat over everything else in the area!」
