「This hotel location is the BEST BEST WESTERN! I really enjoyed my three night stay. My room was clean and cool. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. This hotel is inviting, welcoming and bright, even the hallway was cool not stuffy. I highly recommend if you’re traveling through Thornburg Virginia to plan your stay here!」

「Our stay was decent overall. My only real complaints were the TV not working in our original room, which required us to change rooms, and later having our room key unexpectedly stop working. The staff was very apologetic throughout and even upgraded us to a suite, which we truly appreciated. The following day, after being out all day and returning with our hands full, our room key no longer worked. A staff member promptly came upstairs and provided us with a new set. Again, this wasn’t the fault...
