"The property has amazing views and is in a convenient location for visiting Newport’s sights. The rooms are nicely decorated and the bed was sooo comfortable!! My only comment is that the chair for the desk doesn’t push in so just know that so you don’t trip at night. We enjoyed the balcony and had coffee and muffins in the lobby before we left. I would stay there again if we come back to the area. The staff members were so friendly and helpful with great recommendations on local restaurants."

"We had a family suite that felt like home. It had a full-size kitchen, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms with 4 beds. The living room and dining room room were huge and the access to the walkway overlooking the beach was great. It’s nice being at a place that has a restaurant on site. We enjoyed our long stroll to the beach. The breakfast is Overpriced on average for two people to have two omelettes. It was over $60. The food was good. Dinner was a better value. I’d stay here again. "

"4 stars because when we asked for additional pillows, were told they dont keep any due to prior people stealing them. So you get three tiny pillows which kinda sucks. Bed was super comfy, room was clean. Unfortunately people who stay here dispatcher cigarettes all over the property (just more work for the staff to clean up). Right near the beach and shops."

"We did not get our room available to check in tell 8:45 pm at night, when having reservations for 5 months. This ruined our entire stay. The motel staff never once apologized rather made it ok to comp our room. We were on motorcycles for a weekend getaway that because of poor management our trip was definitely affected. We checked in at 1:00 pm, our room should have been cleaned right away. To not have a guest room available to 8:45pm at night, The least that could be done is the room free. This is absolutely poor and mismanagement and unacceptable."

"This was genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment we walked in, the entire place smelled awful and was extremely run down. The front desk staff immediately had an attitude, which only got worse throughout the interaction. When we entered the room, it smelled terrible, felt weirdly bare, and there was hair on the bed sheets. We then realized we had somehow been placed in an accessibility room, which was not what we booked for our couples getaway…. Like what. I calmly explained there had clearly been a mistake and asked if there was any possibility of changing rooms, even offering to pay extra. The employee repeatedly interrupted me, brushed me off, and told me it was “not her problem” and that there were no other options. I have honestly never experienced someone so rude and unprofessional in customer service. I later checked my reservation and confirmed that I had booked a standard king room, not the accessibility room we were given. Expedia also contacted the hotel on our behalf and informed us that the hotel was unwilling to help in any way. Thankfully, Expedia relocated us to another hotel for the night, and the difference was unbelievable. Clean, comfortable, welcoming staff, and an actually relaxing stay. Yes, this hotel was cheap, but at what cost? Between the terrible customer service, poor cleanliness, awful smell, and overall uncomfortable atmosphere, I would NEVER ever stay here or recommend it to anyone."
