「The space was dirty and not well appointed. Worst part was there was no air conditioning working in the house and when we asked the host who was on the property, he said "sorry, it broke yesterday". It was over 30 degrees outside and hotter inside. Absolutely a horrible experience. We left and I asked for a full refund - called the owner and he yelled at me multiple times "no way!" over and over. 」

「The host fraudulently charged 2000 for a table that was broken when we arrived. The house is basically a tear down in a posh neighbourhood. One of two furnaces doesn’t work. Flooring separated and walls cracked. Interesting choices for electrical outlets - a power bar buried into the wall. One master bedroom had creepy mirror at bed level. Place was used by 5 executives for an overnight board meeting. No damage done - two weeks later we get notification of a broken table and 2000...

「The loft was exactly as advertised, spotless, beautifully decorated and very close to xmas market. I think this will become an annual event for our family and we were able to include our pets which was bonus!!. Thanks again. Beds were super comfy and great to have a bathtub after a winter stroll 」
