"Room was clean upon arrival. Comfy bed and pillows. The room and corresponding floor smelled heavily of smoke on the second day. This seems to have been an isolated thing, as when I stepped into the lobby or outside, there was no smoke smell Staff were friendly. Didn't use the amenities, so I cannot vouch for their usefulness. Would come again if the smoke smell was a one-off"

"I like that there was a small shop at the hotel where you can find a few basic stuff. It sucks to have to pay for parking though... Especially as breakfast is not included. Will the lobby looks upgraded the rooms are not. The carpet leading to the rooms need to be replaced, they look old and washed out."

"We had high expectations because of the cost, but this was a very nice hotel and the room was spacious, comfortable, and had beautiful views of the city. Walking distance to many of the sites downtown (although we had good weather for this!)."

"The room was clean and staff were great but we had a couple issues. First, the hot tub which we always make sure is available on every trip we take was large, open, and free of people. Probably because it isn’t maintained and the jets may as well not work at all. Not very relaxing after a long flight. Secondly, although it was great to have the adjoining Denny’s open 24/7, the on site lounge closed much earlier than their posted midnight closing time, even on the weekend. Maybe it wasn’t busy but that shouldn’t stop a guest from being able to unwind after a long day. They closed at 9 on Thursday and when we went on Friday it had already closed by 10 when we got there"
