「We pulled up at night, being delayed by unexpected road construction. We let the property owner know we were having a later check-in and they were very responsive and had no issues with it. When we arrived we were concerned with the surroundings but were very tired after driving from South East Texas. My two weary friends and I walked into the cutest little duplex condo. The decor and confort lightened our load immediately. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Thank you! We are well rested...

「Rooms are clean and safe parking. Perfect to park your car and be in short walking distance to stadium and campus sites. Stayed on a weekend and game day, pretty quiet but still right there for all tailgating and stadium activities. Did not have to move the car. The stairs from the parking garage need a good cleaning, but it is a garage. Love the kitchen and the convenience to eat there and the full size fridge!」

「Upstairs duplex was beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. However it would have been helpful to know in the listing that it was upstairs! Our group is 70 and had some difficulty navigating the narrow stairs. There should be a handrail on the landing to the kitchen area. Otherwise , we really enjoyed our stay there! 」

「The space is well set. Small but great patio setting. It was very clean and had all the dishes needed to cook. If only i had a cheese grater. Taking a shower does get the floor pretty wete since its an open concept, which was fine due to the towels and washer and dryer. We had the pool all to ourselves. Overall experience was great!」
