"Room was very clean, the front desk staff were amazing in every way. They had no way of knowing how horrible if a day i was having, and they managed to help me out and accommodated my children and i to make sure we were comfortable. It put a smile on my face for the first time in a while. Id definitely recommend this hotel over and over "

"The room was 95% clean. I found a piece of garbage next to the bed heightener I need to decorative bed skirt. Everything else inside was clean . Very good, friendly staff. The parking lot did suck. They did not push it out very good and then it was melting. Very slushy and there was some garbage outside by the front n door n in parking lot. ."

"This was our 3rd weekend we’ve stayed. The room was great and clean, the waterpark was very clean and warm in there which was great. Staff were great help and kind, breakfast was great. No complaints. We had so much fun with our 3 year old twins! We can’t wait to go back!!"

"The hot tub was not warm at all. And I did not like the fact that my son couldn't be in there since he was under the age of 16, even if I was sitting in there with him, the water part does need some areas touched up that are breaking also, we as well as several other children I saw had Some rug type burn looking things on their body from the sides of the lazy river being rough"
