「The hot tub was excellent, clean and relaxing. The pool was everything you would expect. Hotel was very clean and well kept/updated. Very nice hotel for a very cheap price!! Faye at the front desk was very helpful and kind.」

「The worst hotel experience ever. Do not stay at the location in Willmar Mn. I am not one to ever complain or be extra but from the get go it was horrible. First the manager says the pool is out of order. I paid for a Suite and got a room with 2 queen beds. Told manager i must habe been given the wrong room. He proceeds to tell something is wrong with my Suite and he can give me a separate room with a single been. Fine I was just so exhausted I let it slide.」

「For a handicap accessible room there are many things lacking. It was all the way down the hall a long distance to the desk and breakfast. All of the doors from the outside and the door to the room are heavy and impossible for a handicapped person to open while using a mobility device...no button to push to open them. The bath tub has a nice shower chair and hand held shower but there should be a roll in shower. The digital clock in the room was impossible to set correct time. The desk clerk and...
