「Very large space and responsive host!」

「It was great for the location and property was clean. We had trouble with the front door access code and were effectively locked out after our show. Someone in the lobby let us in. We would have spent more time in Times Square the morning of our departure but were afraid we’d get locked out of the building while the luggage remained inside. Upon arrival I called the host and left a voicemail and texted and never got a direct response.」

「Fantastic location. Spacious clean room. Very accommodating - I requested for a baby crib which they said they didn’t have initially but when I got there, it was there. Always kept an eye on the guests and would check in to see if everything was ok. I asked for late checkout on the day and they gave it to us without additional charge. The downsides were… 1. 「It was a great location, we felt safe and secure there, excellent that it was right near everything: bagels, right around the corner, and right down the street from the theater. Check in was easy. Con’s: needs a new living room couch. 」

「部屋はまあ受け入れることができるが、廊下が非常に臭いので部屋まで臭い。シャワートイレは毎日清掃がされている。バスタオルは生乾きの菌が繁殖した匂いがするが5日間交換無し。ヘアドライヤーは壊れていて、交換をお願いしたら出来ないとの回答。電子レンジももちろん壊れていた。 受付スタッフは何も把握していなく、ただ受付をするだけで対応は何もしない。全てにおいてテキトーなのでデポジットが返ってくるか本当に心配。」
