「The security is a hassle. You have to walk through a metal detector every time you enter, but they do not scan your bags. I had a basic pocket knife that did not set off the metal detector. The next time I walked in they saw the pocket knife clip on my pocket and said I could not walk in with it and I had to walk back to my car to store it. 「チェックインの時間に部屋の清掃が終わっていなくて、チェックインをバーで待って家欲しいと言われ1時間以上待ちました。 たくさんの人が待っていて、早くホテルに着いてゆっくりしようと思っていたのに残念でした。 部屋の清掃も清潔でなく、冷蔵庫もなく、アメニティも充実しておらず、ティッシュもボックスに入っていませんでした。ゴミ箱も溢れていて、見るのも気分が悪かったです。 レストラン近くのレストルームの手拭きペーパーも補充していないんです。 人手不足なのでしょうか？ デスバレーの公園内のホテルで歴史があり口コミでも良さそうだと思って期待して予約したのですが、残念でした。 」

「The property is located in a beautiful area, however it seems not well maintained and lack of employees. Check in was smooth and the front dest person was very nice. It’s hard to get hold of anyone when you need help. The room has spider webs and spiders, the bathroom has mould on the ceiling and shower curtain was very dirty. We didn’t get to shower because there is no bath towels due to shut down of electricity. Not very pleasant stay!」

「Location is great. Staff is very friendly and informative. The TV system sucked. The bed make these squeaking noises whenever you got up so irritating for the other person. And unfortunately, I guess the person next door to our room didn't think it would bother anyone when he started his truck up at five or so in the morning right outside our room and let it idle for about 10 minutes before leaving. Obviously not the fault of the Hotel, just an inconsiderate dunce.」
