「Great hotel in great location, within walking distance of City Park with the zoo and the Museum of Nature and Science. Good pizza and coffee/smoothi/ açaí bowl shops across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again.」

「Hate to give this historic hotel a bad rating but it is a must. Parking was atrocious, no where to park to check in and the gate people were not helpful at all. The bathrooms in the main hotel were dirty. The room they gave us for $345 was subterranean in the Aspire building. When we went to check out at 7:45 am there was no one at the front desk and it had a sign saying go to the main holding which again, no parking and pretty far away. I was beyond disappointed and disgusted by this hotel. ...

「Full size fridge was nice but no coffee machine and no coffee in the lobby. TV didn’t work we just gave up and went to bed. Limited towels like they forgot to do laundry. very nice establishment, but the staff wasn’t very helpful to people I saw in the lobby. (specifically a handicap woman)」
