"The rooms have high ceiling, showers are amazing, it’s a quiet peaceful hotel, it has peaceful jungle ambiance. It has pools on main level and on top floor. Rooms are spacious with a balcony. Breakfasts are delicious. Room service and front desk staff and restaurant staff were beyond amazing. Hotel has parking and is located in close proximity to two major grocery stores and a lot of restaurants. Highly recommended "

"Secrets Tulum is now my favourite all inclusive. The service was top notch the rooms and pools were beautiful and well kept. Every room had a view of a pool area. Food was the best all inclusive food I’ve ever had. I love that they offer transit to the beach area (because if you go to Tulum, you have to experience the boho beach vibe.) My only wish is that they had the transit go later in the evening. "

"Phenomenal experience at Amari. We had a group of 4 in one of their STUNNING villas, everything there is carefully thought out and very comfortable. Their complimentary shuttle service was a huge plus in navigating tulum taxis/traffic, and the entire team of staff (big shoutout to Charlie!) went above and beyond to make our stay a dream. The food at the restaurant and the massages we all got were also wonderful. Such a relaxing few days, we will absolutely be coming back to this paradise. "The rooms were excellent and spotless. The pool in the villa and main pool were incredible. The path to the villas was breathless and definitely recommend this hotel just know you are not close the breach but rather the town and there is a coffee shop named Aroma Café 5 minutes walking which was amazing. "We stayed in a beautiful, spacious unit with a large king-sized bed and living room that is impeccably designed. We had a porch that overlooked the pool. The owners were friendly, welcoming and quick to respond to our questions. The road in is bumpy and full of potholes but they’re no big deal. A great spot!"
