"Everything was perfect , friendly staff , Carlos was very good giving us instructions , we loved the hot springs and the food was yummy in the restaurant in the pool ,from our room 124 we had a nice view to the volcano also have a extra jacussi with the volcano view , we would love to go back "

"The place truly grows on you. While the property is a bit dated, the people more than make up for it with their warmth and helpfulness. We stayed in a chalet overlooking the volcano, and on a clear day the view was simply enviable. The breakfast staff goes out of their way to make mornings pleasant, and the front desk team is consistently friendly and supportive, contributing greatly to a comfortable and enjoyable stay"

"We stayed in #6 and had the most amazing view of the volcano. There's a couple restaurants within a very quick walking distance- one next door, one across the street- so finding a place for dinner was super easy. The room had a lovely sitting area, a comfy bed, and a large bathroom with a shower and a jetted tub. The property had a walking/hiking trail that was gorgeous. It took us about 30 mins to walk the loop. There was also a common area with a fire pit and some chairs to enjoy the property. We would definitely stay again. "

"This is officially my go-to location when i visit La Fortuna. As a first timer to Costa Rica, I had high hopes but wasnt quite sure what to expect. Arenal Kioro managed to exceed my expectations tenfold in every way possible. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and offered a beverage of our choice and thoroughly explained the facilities and amenities the resort had to offer. We were taken to our suite and the experience only got better. The view of the Arenal volcano was breathtaking and is something that amazed us every time we saw it. Everything was perfect from check in to check out - the room service, housekeeping, food and hospitality were all 10 stars. The staff made us feel like family and will forever have a place in our hearts. My only issue is I didn't plan a longer vacation. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend."

"If you want a quiet, isolated camping type experience, this is the spot! Roof over your head, cold AC, washroom and outdoor tub with an unbeatable view of Arenal. Expect bugs if you leave the window or door open too long - that end up dead on the floor in the morning. Communication: Dahana was fabulous, spoke English and quick to respond with any issues.Location: 45 mins from La Fortuna - 30 of it is very rough terrain - 7km of rock / dirt that absolutely needs a vehicle with high clearance. We rented a Kona and we bottomed out a couple of times. GPS can take you a couple different ways - ALWAYS opt to plug in “The Springs Resort” then Ecoglam - more paved road. No data either so start gps while on wifi before you leave - and take it slow. But WORTH the drive.Room: Spectacular view of Arenal - if clear. We lucked out one of our 3 nights (end of Nov / rainy season) where it was clear to see it. Otherwise fog and clouds killed the view. Clean sheets, bed super comfortable, hot water (enough to fill the private outdoor tub), fridge, microwave and coffee maker with fresh ground coffee. We ordered their room service one night and the food was good - but otherwise bring food. Could also use another couple towels - the dampness doesn't allow them to dry. But to be fair, we never asked for more.Very cool experience that we’d recommend."

"Delicious and healthy breakfast, clean cabin with view of volcano (although it was mostly covered by the cloud when we were there). It was a bit noisy with car noises as it faces a road, so ear plugs are a must if you are a light sleeper. "

"The property is beautiful, and the room was clean. The staff was exceptional and always very friendly. Jorge was the best! He really made our stay special from helping us with our luggage, to taking us on walks around the gardens and pointing out the wildlife. We will definitely come back to this property. "
