「This unit is in a larger complex of Hotel Canoe. Daily housekeeping like in a hotel. Accommodations very clean and nice. Hot tub area has amazing views and plenty of room, including a fire pit. The unit we rented was listed as 3 bedrooms but it was actually 2 bedrooms with a divider - one door to the room. It worked fine but we were a bit surprised. The location is great because it is an easy walk to downtown Banff. The Roam bus shuttle is free with this booking but we didn’t use it at all,...

「The kids loved hanging out in the pools after a day at Lake Louise snowboarding. House was super warm and cosy. There is the minimum of kitchen utensils and one set of cleaning cloths and teatowels. We bought more rubbish bags and dishwashing tablets. The fireplace is advertised but then there is a sign to say pay for firewood. There are no cleaning supplies. We couldn't run a vacuum through it and we are a family of 4 there for a week, so would have been good. There is a cleaning fee of $100...
