「not renovated. broken faucet, bedroom saide table needed drawer repair, could not stabilize water for shower - it was scaulding. Front desk said to let it run. It was clean in bathroom/kitchen. Carpeting looked and felt dirty. This was way over priced for being so shabby.」

「Everything was fine. Staff were excellent. Only minor thing was the shower head was not great. Needs more water pressure or a new shower head. 」

「Accommodations were great and staff were prompt in providing additional blankets. Nice and close to Banff.Only minor gripe was the underground parking was full when we arrived and I had to park several streets over (which took time to find a spot). Not ideal after a flight to Calgary and a drive to Banff.」

「Great place, good Amenities, convenient in town location. The daily coffee service and house keeping was great. I would recommend this place if you want to stay in town. 」

「Staying at the Caribou Lodge in Banff was truly a wonderful experience. The accommodations were lovely and the location ideal. There is a very nice restaurant and bar in the hotel but there are also many options just a walk away. We were also provided with a pass to ride the public Roam transportation to various attractions and up and down the main street. This was extremely helpful as the parking and traffic in the Banff area is very challenging and parking limited. I would highly...

「Our room smelled terrible like stinky feet. We ended up having to buy a candle just to able to tolerate being there. The beds were very uncomfortable and not a lot space between the rooms. Will stay somewhere else next time.」

「Glad you had a great stay! 」
