「Parking lot had cars that were dented, scratched up & even a van that someone could’ve been living in Didn’t feel very safe Room was NoT clean or maintained Comforter had several stains NOT happy I changed hotels immediately 」

「 This was the worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. There was dog hair on nearly every surface, the carpet was worn out, and the overall condition of the room felt old and unclean. We asked the front desk if they could help make it right by moving us to another Hampton Inn, but they were unwilling to assist.
