「Clean and comfortable. Very nice accommodations. Checking in late was not straight forward but Praise God one of the residents knew who to call to get us connected with checking in. Caserta is a very nice town and the people were very friendly. For after hours check in go to Tropicana Cafe on the right. They have the key. Breakfast is bread and cafe, no protein is offered.」

「Stayed here for four nights.
The hotel is in a convenient, safe neighborhood that is easily walkable to transit, and great dining spots even late in evening.
The hospitality was brilliant. Every staff member we encountered went out of their way to be warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, and memorable stay in Naples!」

「This place is a hidden gem!
The moment I walked into the room, I was pleasantly surprised. It was much more spacious than I had expected and spotlessly clean. Everything felt very new, as if the room had recently been renovated. You can really see how much thought and care the hosts have put into every detail of the space. I even loved the scents of the hand soap and shower gel!

「The room was pretty clean, but unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable at all. The neighborhood also felt a little sketchy, so we did not feel completely comfortable with the location.
Additionally, the owner wanted to come by after 10 PM to collect the city tax. We had an early flight the next morning and had already gone to sleep, so we don’t think that was a good time to come by. It would have been better to arrange the payment earlier or leave another option for paying the tax.
