Expedia charged me for my reservation with this hotel. Then upon arrival, the girl at the desk asked for a credit card for a security deposit but I then realized she charged me a second time for my reservation and I told her I was alrecharged by Expedia. She said she would refund it and never did. The hotel is denying that they charged me even though I have sent them my credit card statement showing the charge. I am still fighting with the hotel to refund me this charge and it has been an awful experience. Expedia isn't doing much to resolve it either. Two other people woth seperate reservations just happened to be checking in with me at the same time and when both of those other parties went to their rooms the rooms were never cleaned from the previous guests who stayed there and they had to wait for them to be cleaned. Thankfully, my room was cleaned but it just goes to show you how awful this place is. Spark by Hilton is terrible.
