「We had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Waves in Jamaica. The property was very clean and well maintained, and the ocean view was absolutely beautiful. It’s a great place for families with toddlers. My son especially loved the pool and had so much fun every day. I also loved that they offered Jamaican dishes, which made the experience feel more authentic. 「We had a beautiful room with a pool and ocean view. The hotel was immaculate and the staff was friendly and eager to help. The only complaint would be that the tile around the pool was sometimes slippery. My brother in law fell and my friend had a near miss. Other than that it was a great stay!」

「Staff in restaurant were a bit stuck-up and were not very friendly. The rest of the staff was pretty friendly in the hotel. The people in the bar also need to improve on their social skills and treat guess nicer. Many times you would go to the bar and they wouldn't even greet you. They would just say "what do you want drink", no smile or greeting or I'll be right with you or anything like that. Needs a lot of improvement in this area.」
