"This hotel was amazing . It's beautiful has a few pools, the beach, a waterpark. The only negative was that the food is a bit pricey. But my suggestion is get something light for breakfast from the couple starbucks they have. The food in the restaurants was delicious. If your going to water park eat before going because that's where i thought was way overpriced"

"Beautiful lobby, lovely pool area, Really nice hotel rooms and hallways are ok however looks like they could use some upgrading, WATCH OUT! RESORT FEES... about additional $110 bucks a day.. Stay plus resort fees = higher end hotel... El San Juan Hotel is short of that,,, very nice, nice stay overall but certainly not on the higher end.."

"Had a ocean front king room in the Palm tower and it was amazing. Didn’t spend much time in the room other than to sleep. Walking distance to everywhere you need and the bartenders at the small bar in the lobby were our favorite. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again. We didn’t eat much food on site cause there are so many restaurants nearby with so many different options. Don’t hesitate to book here you won’t be disappointed"
