「Extremely friendly staff and owner made us feel like family. We weren't expecting the room to be serviced after the first night on a two night stay, but it was, unasked, including setting up a drying rack for the clothes we had washed and hung the night before. Clean self-service kitchen. Very charming. 」
「Property overall was great! Room was spacious.
Did not love that the gate to the property was left open several nights, in addition to our window being left wide open by the cleaning staff while we were gone all day. Was a little jarring to come home from being out to that with all of our belongings inside.
Sheets were also not changed one of the nights when needed.
Would still come back for another visit, but did want to call out the few things above.」
「Awesome location. A bit of a walk from downtown Sintra but it had a big public parking lot right next door. We parked the car and walked downtown and to all of the castles. The room was extremely small but it was all we needed. Try "pasta de nata" frim the coffee shop next door......amazing!」
「This place was absolutely charming with lots of characteristics!! We stayed 2 nights in the room 'Moon River'(queen size bed). The room was very clean, spacious and with lovely big windows. We appreciated the attention in the small details. Breakfast was great and met our needs (cold and hot options). The location was excellent and walking distance (15min) to old town of Sintra (keep in mind you're on a mountain so lots of hills/steep climbs).
