「We stayed for 4 days at this amazing villa. It is very clean and has great views through the trees down to the sea. Communication with Derrick was easy and he did arrange for the pool and hot tub to be heated as we requested. If you are staying here in the Spring it would probably be worth asking for the heaters to be turned on a couple of days before arrival as they took a day to get up to temperature. The spaces and design of the villa worked really well for our two families with 4 children...

「Nous avons réservé en février pour le mois de mai. J’ai eu la propriétaire plusieurs fois au téléphone, qui était réticente à notre venue mais qui après discussion m’a confirmé qu’il n’y aurait pas de soucis. A J-2 j’ai rappelé la propriétaire pour régler les derniers détails et celle-ci m’a dit qu’étant actuellement occupée elle me rappellerait plus tard. Sans nouvelles, j’ai renvoyé un message auquel je n’ai jamais eu de réponse. Le jour J prétextant une fuite de gaz elle a eu l’air étonné que...

"チェックインからスタッフの対応がとても良かったです。モナコが初めてでモナコFCの観戦に行くんだと伝えたら優しくスタジアムまでの案内もしてくださったり、南野拓実選手のお話もしました。滞在中もバッタリお会いした時には、チェックインの時にお話ししたことを覚えててくださり、試合のことをお話ししました。お部屋も綺麗で、シャワーの水圧、温度も全く問題なく、不自由なく過ごせました。ただ一点、コーヒーメーカーやケトルがあるにも関わらず、滞在中なぜかコーヒーカップがありませんでした。笑。多分清掃係の方が忘れたのかな？私たちは使わなかったのでわざわざ問い合わせもしませんでした。次、モナコに滞在するときもここのホテルに泊まりたいです！"

"ホテル滞在最終日に息子が高熱を出してダウンしてしまいました。息子をベッドで休ませたいので空港に向かうギリギリの午後3時まで部屋を使わせて欲しい、とレセプションの女性スタッフにお願いしたら快く了解してもらえました。また、ニューイヤーイブの夜にディナーの予約が取れず困っていた私たちに、その女性スタッフは私たちの希望を聞いたうえでいくつかのお店の名前をメモにして教えてくれました。親身でとても温かい対応に心より感謝します。"

"立地がとにかく良くてどこに行くにも徒歩10分以内でとても便利でした。周辺もうるさくなかった。客室は毎日キレイに清掃してくれてタオルも新しく替えてくれた。エアコンが効かなかったこと、シャワーの圧が弱かったこと、シャワーヘッドを留めるところがゆるくなってて使いづらかったところが残念でした。"
