「This property is in an EXCELLENT location for Biltmore visitors and downtown explorers. It was just big enough for my husband and I and had just enough amenities to be comfortable. We appreciated the warm personal welcome from the owners and the thoughtful touches in the rental (like really good toilet paper - so nice). If you’re like we are and tend toward being out exploring more than you are inside, you’ll love this place! Thanks Becky and Matt (and Magnolia!) for an excellent experience!」

「Overall a great stay. Kitchen is well stocked, hot tub was clean and worked perfectly. Overall cleanliness was fine . One thing that did bum us out was the condition of the outdoor seating area. With no covers for the furniture, the cushions and frames were quite dirty. My husband spent an hour cleaning it all off, cleaning the spiderweb from ths porches and getting the gas fire feature to work. Overall a great stay!」
