"Laundry was convenient , A/c good and airport shuttle."

"The staff was amazing and very helpful. Food was average. The beds were comfortable. Rooms and bathroom were spacious but a bit older. We went over college spring break time so there was Lots of noise and activities late in the night so bring a noise machine or ear plugs if you're not a night owl. The hotel did not have any earplugs. The beach was lovely and kept clean of seaweed. We watched boats come in and out of the canal all day and night. We also enjoyed a massage at the spa. My husband got the deep tissue massage and loved it. The beautiful weather in Cancun early March is what made our trip good! Everyday sunny and 85°!! "

"Great facilities with separate pools for adults and kids. Staff were attentive and helpful. However, the kids’ area needs updates and wasn’t always open. Also, very loud neighbors made it difficult for my daughter and me to sleep, despite security’s efforts."

"I picked this resort based off of reviews so I’d like to share my perspective on details I wish I would have known. Let’s start with the pros: the customer service was excellent and the property is very well maintained. Now for the cons: the walls are paper thin. We could hear everything around us which made sleeping well not easy. The staff would begin cleaning fairly early and were very loud: Talking loudly and moving furniture. I could hear conversations the people next to us were having as if they were in the room with me. Next, the food was average but I suppose that is to be expected at an all inclusive. We brought our 14 year old daughter and there were not any activities for kids her age. It definitely seemed more of a place for families with young kids. It’s hard to know which resorts are best for teens since they consider ‘kids’ 12 and younger. So I wish we had known more about the typical age ranges and activities available. Overall, our stay was ok. I rated it a bit lower mainly due to the beds and pillows not being very comfortable and the noise issues in the rooms. "

"Good staff and clean room but property has insufficient amenities, especially food quality and options for a high-priced Hilton resort. Not a fan of buying additional tiered status for drinks, food and facility access. Better alternatives out there. "
