The view is absolutely amazing! You can't beat the view from the apartment or from the pool area. The condo building is very well kept and we saw workers doing maintenance just about every day.The apartment itself is functional but in my opinion needs some updating. The kitchen doesn't have an oven so if you want to cook you will use a toaster oven or microwave. The refrigerator has a lot of condensation inside it regularly. The backsplash area has stains that make it look dirty and the laminate counter is separated from the wall. The air conditioners work well and the apartment is cool when they're on. The window in the bedroom doesn't have blackout curtains or shades so the bedroom is never completely dark. The bathroom needs maintenance and updating.If you aren't picky about things like that, it will be a great place to stay. Like I said, you can't beat the setting.

I traveled solo to this little piece of heaven to celebrate my Birthday for 12 days. It is EXACTLY how it is listed and MORE! The million dollar view alone is breathtaking to wake up too every morning and go to bed too every evening. Patty greeted me upon arrival and nade me two homemade sandwiches with love. Anything I needed was provided. The condo was immaculate. The pool was refreshing and relaxing. I felt safe and peaceful my entire atay. I rate this 1000000 stars and will be returning! Thank you to Roberto and Patty for the best Birthday I have ever had!

Our vacation

Very well kept. Pools clean and view from balcony was terrific. Apartment has everthing you need. If you want a relaxing vacation this is it. If you don't have a car you need to take bus or taxi for shopping. A few restaurants near by -main menu is fish. Staff very helpful

Only one issue

Only issue we had was we ran out of the jug of purified water two days before we left (when we arrived it was only half full) and the front refused to give us more water. The area was great, lots of restaurants nearby and the ferry plus OXXO convenience store were both within walking distance. Communication and check in was easy and reliable. Plenty of towels etc. Had a great trip! View is unbeatable and the pool was quiet and relaxing.

Best Owner Ever

The check-in was a bit rough because we had trouble getting our phones to work in Mexico - but that was our bad. Use WhatsApp and contact Monica as soon as you know your ETA and someone will be waiting for you at the condo. These owners/caretakers were amazing. We felt like such honored guests. The condo was so comfortable and the pools/ocean were amazing - you can swim off the dock or in the pools. It does help to speak some Spanish and rent a car. If you sleep on the sofa-bed, use the foam pad they provide - it's pretty comfortable. The Master-bed is HUGE! They brought us drinking water and there were beach towels and the kitchen had everything we needed -- I never knew that I needed a tortilla warmer until we stayed here! The area is safe. The parking/condo is gated. The A/C worked great. We couldn't have been treated better. I miss Patti already!!

Memorable vacation can't wait to come back

Roberto was kind and responsive to questions. He provided great suggestions for activities and places to exchange money. The condo was clean and just the right size. There was even a washer and dryer for us to use. We felt safe and secure in the gated condo area. The pools were clean and cool. We arrived during a tropical storm, which was rough, but we could occupy ourselves in the room, with wifi and TV. Once things calmed down a little, there were plenty of activities within walking distance: a cute beach, restaurants, a ferry to Isla Mujer and (when not under construction) Mayan Ruins. There is also the Jolly Roger Pirate experience a 7 minute drive up the road. A drive to activities in the Hotel zone is about a 15 to 20 minute ride and groceries are close too. Pro tip, there is a window in the shower to open for fresh air if your nose is sensitive and the chemicals to keep the toilet clean are strong. Overall we were very pleased with our experience and would stay at this condo again.

This apartment is great! Very quiet. Beautiful balcony that I did not want to leave. This is like staying at a friend’s house! Had everything in kitchen for cooking. The pools are very clean. You can take cabs or a bus in front iof property. . Close to great beaches. Highly recommend. Would love to go back!

Perfect spot for us!

I'm from Seattle, met my friend from Wash DC for two weeks at this property. We are quiet and older, and it was perfect for us. Walking distance to local restaurants right on the beach (some literally had the sand as their floors), as well as ferry to Isla Mujeres and several convenience stores. If you're looking for all inclusive glitz this isn't it, but for authentic Mexican flavor it's the best! Oh, and did I mention the magnificent view? We're already planning our next visit...

Perfect stay with locals

Away from hotel district which we prefer. Walking distance for the ferry to Costa Mujeres. If you love to snorkel use TOTAL SNORKELING which is on the same road as apartment. LEARN to use public transportation so much cheaper. Little bus to downtown Cancun for supermarkets or large bus station for trips to different parts of Cancun. Only complaint I have about apartment was water pressure but no big problem. Will be going back next year to same apartment. Thank you Paddi

Amazing View!

The view from the condo is simply breathtaking! Perfect place to relax and unwind. They had everything I needed to prepare meals and enjoy my stay. When issues came up, they were very accessible and quick to respond. I felt totally safe staying here alone and would recommend to solo female travelers. The location was a bit outside of town, but Uber and taxis were readily available. The view alone will make this my go to when traveling to the Cancun area!

30 yr wedding anniversary

The property was clean and quaint! Spoke with property manager often before vacation which was awesome….check in was a bit challenging, we waited outside property for an hour before we could check in officially. Otherwise everyone was so friendly and helpful! We felt comfortable and safe the entire trip! Thank you for your hospitality!

Great place for short and long stays.

An excellent option to rest near the beach and without the crowd of other places in Cancun... the apartment is very comfortable and clean, and the best thing is the view and breeze you have ALL day. Near Isla Mujeres ferries, within walking distance, is one of this property's best amenities. Thank you, Roberto, for the hospitality. We enjoyed it a lot!!

Karibischer Traum

Der erste Blick aus der Wohnung lässt dahin schmelzen. Das tiefblaue Meer, die Palmen die der Wind wiegt: ein Traum. Die Anlage ist höchst gepflegt. Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern. Alle elektronische und elektrische Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Ein großes Plus sind Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Die Gastgeber sind fürsorglich ohne einer Spur von Aufdringlichkeit. Ich hatte eine unvergessliche Zeit.
