「We are frequent VRBO renters and we use Premier Hosts because they are always excellent. The place was perfect just like the pictures. The location is so great. 「Although the property is listed as non-smoking, there was a strong odor of smoke as soon as we walked in. The home was very clean though. Shortly after arriving a young woman was pounding on the door looking for a bunch of guys and we assumed she was looking for the past renters. (This was around 8:30pm) Due to the smoke smell and not knowing who might show up next, we opted not to stay and rented a hotel instead.」

「The property is in a great location. It’s small, but clean. The window air conditioning unit was quite loud and the paint is peeling off the ceiling in the shower due to no exhaust fan. Over all it was a very convenient place to stay with a full size kitchen if you want to cook.」
