「After 22 hours travel from Canada, we arrived in Phnom Penh to discover the VRBO property did not exist. The host did not respond to numerous messages and VRBO provided no assistance. The VRBO “rebooking team” told us to find our own alternative accommodation. We will be reimbursed for the accommodation but we hav to provide tons of documentation to do so. No compensation offered. Total scam!」
