"The Golden Tulip, Cannes was a very nice property - no frills, but lovely and helpful staff, clean room and shared spaces, and very convenient for work-related events near the Palais. The property is super quiet and very comfortable overall. The breakfast buffet is very minimal, but sufficient, with a reliable coffee/espresso machine. There is also no gym on the property, which I didn't love, but wouldn't have had a lot of time for anyway. The staff were very kind, helpful, and responsive. I had some issues with the heat/air, where it was hard to get the room to cool down, but maybe it was user error? Idk, but it was December and the windows opened to let in fresh, cool air, so it wasn't a major issue. Would definitely return!"

"I had a horrible time getting in touch with the host. I was in a foreign country and they did not resurface until I had reached out to customer serv and continued to call them multiple times and hours had passed before I even heard from them - that is a very stressful situation. Not only for the check in process but also through the challenges over my stay. The power went out - fridge stopped working, no WiFi, outlets in the bedroom and living room stopped working. There were also not utensils as of my knowledge - I looked everywhere. "

"Great location, easy walking distance to everything. The apartment had some issues: only AC was a loud portable unit in the bedroom, the bed setup wasn’t very comfortable, no sheet provided, the extra comforter was dirty, there were no dinner dishes, and we noticed a leak in the bathroom ceiling. The outdoor sun loungers were also worn, with one torn. The unit could have been cleaner. The host was responsive and moved us to a larger apartment next door for 2 of our 5 nights, which was in much better shape."

"Good size room and nice area to be in. Staff very helpful. Some nice touches like 24 hour coffees and pastries often left out for guests . Pool good for a dip too. "
