「Excellent hotel. Beautiful character room with good facilities and spotlessly clean. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially welcoming at check-in and although busy, they showed us to the room. Would definitely recommend, we will make it our go to hotel in North Yorkshire.」

「First hospitarity was nice,I liked the cute interior of the room.When I was in the room,I could hear the sound of the river and it was quiet.I thought it was a waste that i only stayed for one night.」

「ヨークへ行く途中で１泊しました。レンタカーで行きましたが、特に迷うことなく到着、到着後宿のご夫婦が出てきてくれて、部屋へ案内してくれました。到着が１９時半過ぎであり、前もって頼んでいなかったため、夕食は宿では食べれませんでしたが、朝食はボリューム満点で美味しかったです。特にソーセージが絶品。このソーセージは近くの知り合いが作っていると言っていました。」

「多数のスーツケースだったがエレベーターがなく、非常に苦労した。コンセントが１つしかない。ティッシュが無い。やや設備が古い感じであった。」

「Good sized room, very centrally located next to shops, restaurants, and transport. The hotel is a little dated but it was very clean. The staff were all lovely and really make you feel welcomed.」

「A canny location for getting out and about and reasonably priced. However the spa facilities it turned aren't included in the price and are in sessions, £20 for 3 hours, which I guess is quite reasonable, however not if you just wanted to have an hour for a quick relax in the hot tub or a swim before going out to tea etc, which was the reason for my booking this hotel. Not did I appreciate the 9am door knocking along every room in the corridor on bank holiday Monday from "housekeeping". The...

「Overall very good. Not to be picky but the reception man upon checking out at 6:30am could do with some customer service skills. No eye contact grabbed my room card, no did you enjoy your stay was more interested in his phone before muttering to me is that all and sighing when I asked for a receipt」
