"Easy check in, clean rooms. The only complaints I have is that it costs 66.00 to park in the parking lot (they only offer valet parking, there is no free parking) and the shower is one of those walk in showers with no splash guard, so water gets on the bathroom floor. Everything else was great. I like the 12pm check out time. "

"You could tell that they half ass their cleaning. We got to our hotel and the shower was disgusting. When we wanted to shower, we found a ball of hair sitting in the shower drain. We called front desk to send someone to clean it up and after waiting thirty minutes, we called back and front desk person said he would come up and clean it himself. "

"What a lovely hotel! The staff were friendly and easy-going. My room was quiet and clean. I liked the text message communication. I asked the chatbot for an extra blankie and a human brought me on! (Seattle is cold.) The location was perfect for a show at the Paramount. You can walk to Whole Foods and a variety of restaurants. The pier is about 26 minutes. Use a Seattle parking app. I parked for $24/hr in the children's hospital lot a block away."

"Nice room, great walkable location to walk to downtown and restaurants. The hotel has a good restaurant as well. Parking can be tricky during the day. There is valet for $65."
