Our entire family absolutely loved the pool, which was always spotless and perfect temperature. My son looked forward to swimming in the bubbles (the water jet) at each swim session! 「The Eco Barn is a really great sociable space and has all the features and luxury touches that make for a relaxing holiday. It is very spacious and furnished to a high standard for guest comfort. The outdoor space is really lovely, with the field beyond full of wildlife. The location is very peaceful and relaxing and the benefit of a pool, tennis court and games room makes it a great choice for the whole family. 「Given good directions to property. Instructions for parking and accessing the property out of reception hours were easy to follow. Fakenham not too far away for grocery shop. WiFi was not terribly good but the whole area around there seems to be much the same. We didn’t use the leisure facilities as we were only on a short break as our first visit to Norfolk. So much we wanted to see in the area. One little issue was the low flying aircraft which gave us a bit of a fright the first night...

「This is a good base . Very comfortable, well appointed and has the addition of a great hot tub nicely tucked away at the rear. We felt the fridge facilities was inadequate as it was too small and made difficult to keep enough product chilled. Good sized bathroom but shower not 4*.Bed very comfortable ,heating adequate. The couple that own the bungalow are very nice and will always help out if needed.」

The tennis courts were in great condition and we enjoyed playing on them The swimming pool was fantastic - perfect for young children - and the timetable system worked very well The cottages worked well for 2 groups - and we all managed to eat together in Swallow's Nest The lounge area was comfortable The only criticism I'd have was that some of the bedrooms were smaller than we expected...
