「This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The food is amazing and its never ending if that’s what you like. The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. 「Alles in allem hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt im Hotel. Die Zimmer sind gross und ruhig. Da wir mit unserem JHund unterwegs sind ärgern wir uns immer wieder über die hohen Kosten für die Vierbeiner. Ich denke, dass nach unserem Aufenthalt niemand bemerkte, dass ein Hund im Zimmer war. Wir fänden es angemessener, dass eine Pauschale für den Hund berechnet würde und nicht einen Betrag pro Nacht.」

「フロントで有名レストランの予約をお願いしたら、フロントでは電話できないで部屋から自身でやるように言われた。それがこのホテルの規則らしい。信じられない。部屋のバスルームはまるで中国の田舎ホテルのような雑然さ。これで4つ星ホテルとは到底考えられない。2つ星レベルが相応。」

「Nice place and nice staff. Had to pay for sending a jacket they had, without my knowledge, offloaded from the inside of the car, not trunk, and hanged it in a closet. Would have been nice for them to pay the transport but OK.」

「A lovely property in a lovely tiny community with a centuries old church in its front yard. The hotel building is a beautiful mix of Scandinavian design with boho mountain elements of plants, books, local artifacts, etc. The staff is delightful from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was a multi course meal served at the table smoothie, cereal, egg dish, waffles, coffee and dessert, in addition to self service of cheeses, meats breads, fruit, nuts, ets. I will come back to Gasthof. 」

「城の雰囲気が残る素敵なホテルでゆっくりと流れる時間を楽しむことができました。ディナーはローカルなメニューでとても美味しかったです。少し中心から離れますが駅から1A/1B のバスでPiazza Fontana下車。Scena通りを登り徒歩3分ぐらいでした。スタッフも皆親切で安心して滞在できました。英語も通じます。」

「Sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Am Abend handelt es sich jeweils um ein Gourmet- und ein veganes Menu, was miteinander kombiniert werden kann. Auf Nahrungsunverträglichkeiten (bspw. Laktose) wird stets Rücksicht genommen. Das Frühstück ist äusserst reichhaltig, lecker und abwechslungsreich! SPA Bereich top mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Berge. 」
