「Fußläufig zur Innenstadt gut erreichbar entlang der Etsch. Bis auf den Straßenlärm tagsüber - das Hotel selbst war ruhig und angenehm. Das Personal- allen voran Daniele- ein Muster an Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft!! Auch das Zimmer- direkt am erstklassigen Pool und Jaguzzi- war gräumig und für uns beide (73 und 78 Jahre) ideal gelegen, weil ebenerdig. Kompliment!」

「This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The food is amazing and its never ending if that’s what you like. The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. 「Pænt, ældre hotel. Den fine lille lejlighed med balkon fremstod nyistandsat og flot rengjort. Personalet var enestående serviceorienterede og svarer beredvilligt på alle spørgsmål.」

「ホテルは駅から市内中心部までの間にあるので、電車でメラーノに行く場合は便利だと思います。メラーノは高いホテルが多い中で比較的安いほうでした。スタッフは親切で、部屋も清潔、Wifiも問題なく使えて快適に過ごせました。朝食もとてもおいしかったです。満足です。」

「Personale molto gentile. Camera confortevole e spaziosa. Abbiamo preso una superior composta da camera con letto matrimoniale e salottino tv con divano che dava accesso al balcone. Il frigobar era vuoto e durante la notte abbiamo dell acqua l avremmo proprio voluta… La camera era molto calda. Colazione buona.」

「Suite fantastica con vista spettacolare ma la cosa migliore resta il ristorante con piatti buonissimi, delicati, anche se le porzioni non sono per niente abbondanti. Ho soggiornato 2 notti con formula prima colazione e mezza pensione. Il personale, soprattutto nel ristorante e' super gentile.」

「Tudo perfeito! Um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já tomei em um hotel. Vista do quarto maravilhosa. Tivemos um episódio desagradável: um funcionário no café da manhã foi muito rude com a gente. Quando chegamos no café, não havia ninguém. Escolhemos uma mesa e quando o funcionário nos viu, foi bem grosseiro dizendo que as mesas eram nominais e que não podíamos sentar em qualquer uma. Não tinha como sabermos dessa informação, pois quando chegamos ao café ninguém foi nos recepcionar.」
