The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. 「Personale molto gentile. Camera confortevole e spaziosa. Abbiamo preso una superior composta da camera con letto matrimoniale e salottino tv con divano che dava accesso al balcone. Il frigobar era vuoto e durante la notte abbiamo dell acqua l avremmo proprio voluta… La camera era molto calda. Colazione buona.」

「Suite fantastica con vista spettacolare ma la cosa migliore resta il ristorante con piatti buonissimi, delicati, anche se le porzioni non sono per niente abbondanti. Ho soggiornato 2 notti con formula prima colazione e mezza pensione. Il personale, soprattutto nel ristorante e' super gentile.」

「Tudo perfeito! Um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já tomei em um hotel. Vista do quarto maravilhosa. Tivemos um episódio desagradável: um funcionário no café da manhã foi muito rude com a gente. Quando chegamos no café, não havia ninguém. Escolhemos uma mesa e quando o funcionário nos viu, foi bem grosseiro dizendo que as mesas eram nominais e que não podíamos sentar em qualquer uma. Não tinha como sabermos dessa informação, pois quando chegamos ao café ninguém foi nos recepcionar.」
